López Aréchiga aids in the improvement of manufacturing and other industrial processes around the world, via propietary procedures. The firm seeked to automatize some of its technology; as a preliminary step, a business process modeling was made by the team at Ingenio SI.

The modeling exercises helped López Aréchiga's staff define what they really needed. The resulting deliverable works as a process plan and also as the blueprints for a future software development. These documents are easy to understand and were written using the UML industry standard language.

Actual benefit: Greater knowledge and control of their propietary, ever-changing processes. Documents can be updated to provide a learning log.
