CETYS University Board of Directors needed a tool to get to know in detail the various processes serving the school's students, as a previous step to their optimization.

Ingenio SI researched extensively the processes concerning scholarship and credit granting to students; all of the personnel involved was interviewed. The resulting document discovered many opportunities for organizational improvement.

Actual benefit: Understanding of internal processes and discovery of opportunity areas.
